The project includes an 85,000 sq ft hospital renovation and a new 175,000 sq ft healthcare facility featuring I-Occupancy hospital space, B-Occupancy clinic space, and a new central utility plant designed to support long-term reliability and future campus expansion. TJEG provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical engineering services, delivering advanced system integration, infrastructure coordination, and high-performance healthcare engineering solutions for this complex medical campus.

Designed in accordance with ASHRAE 90.1 standards, the project achieved energy savings of 35% for the renovated hospital and 41% for the new building, contributing to strong LEED performance and ultimately achieving LEED Silver Certification.

The development reflects TJEG’s commitment to sustainable and resilient healthcare infrastructure through innovative engineering systems that enhance operational efficiency, reduce energy consumption, and support high-quality patient care environments.
