Trident Grand Residence (TGR) is a 45-storey, 100,000m² mixed-use development in the Dubai Marina area. The tower consists of 42 residential condominium floors, all with large terraces taking advantage of sea and marina views. The podium features two levels of high-end food and beverage outlets with terrace and sidewalk dining. The development offers indoor and outdoor pools, gym, sauna, tennis and squash courts, club lounge, cigar bars and a golf-putting range.

TJEG were approached by the Client to carry out the engineering design and supervision services for this tower which joined the league of upcoming high-rise buildings within the area during the time.
