The Stanford University laboratory project consists of 60,000 sq. ft. of tenant improvement along with a shell & core upgrade. The project relocated clinical laboratories from the main Stanford Medical Center to the off-site location at Hillview. The project includes robotic equipment and vertical storage units. The building mechanical systems are upgraded for 100% outside air supply. New water chillers, cooling towers, heating water boilers, air handlers and exhaust fans are incorporated.
