Monarch Towers are a twin-tower development located at the prestigious World Trade Centre roundabout in Dubai comprising a 40-storey office tower and the 5-star Monarch Hotel which sits on a large common podium accommodating retail outlets, restaurants, a ballroom, meeting rooms and a luxury health club. A duplex suite of 1,120m² is situated on the 32nd and 33rd floors and connects the two towers. This bridging of the two sky-scrapers results in a spectacular design solution to unique engineering challenges.
