Located at the prominent World Trade Centre roundabout in Dubai, the Monarch Towers development comprises a 40-storey office tower and the luxury 5-star Monarch Hotel connected by a shared podium featuring retail outlets, restaurants, ballroom facilities, meeting spaces, and a premium health club.

A defining feature of the project is the 1,120 m² duplex suite positioned across the 32nd and 33rd floors, forming a dramatic link between the two towers. This elevated connection created complex structural and engineering challenges that required innovative and highly coordinated design solutions.

The development was envisioned as a landmark mixed-use destination combining hospitality, commercial, and lifestyle functions within one integrated complex. Its contemporary architectural character and efficient engineering systems contribute to its distinctive presence along Sheikh Zayed Road and Dubai’s skyline.

Ted Jacob Engineering Group provided Structural, Civil, and MEP engineering design services, together with post-contract construction support for the development.
