TJEG delivered this project in collaboration with the main contractor under a Design-Build approach, supporting efficient coordination between design and construction teams from concept through completion.

The four-star hotel includes 370 executive guestrooms and is located in the Al Barsha district near Mall of the Emirates, one of Dubai’s premier retail and entertainment destinations. Designed for both business and leisure travelers, the development features a business center, swimming pool, fitness amenities, and specialty restaurants within a contemporary hospitality environment.

TJEG provided all engineering disciplines from concept design through construction supervision, integrating sustainable and energy-efficient engineering solutions throughout the development. The project incorporates high-performance building systems and environmentally responsible design strategies focused on operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.  The hotel achieved LEED Gold certification in recognition of its sustainable design approach and energy performance.
