TJEG is providing Structural, Civil, and MEP Engineering Design services for a large-scale dual hotel development in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, representing one of the first hospitality projects of its kind in the Middle East. The development combines a 260-room Hilton Garden Inn with 110 serviced apartments under the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton brand within a fully integrated hospitality destination.

The project includes a shared range of business and leisure amenities, including a large multi-purpose function hall, eight meeting rooms, four boardrooms, swimming pools, health clubs, restaurants, and lobby lounges designed to support both business and leisure travelers. The DoubleTree Suites component includes a range of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom serviced apartments tailored for extended stay accommodations.
