Dubai Towers Jeddah is an iconic mixed-use high-rise development designed as a landmark addition to the Jeddah skyline. The development provides more than 450,000 m² of mixed-use space including offices, a five-star hotel, serviced apartments, luxury residences, spa facilities, ballroom spaces, marina amenities, and a retail podium supported by three underground parking levels.

The residential and office towers, rising 82 and 23 stories respectively, complement one another through their dynamic architectural forms and rise approximately 360 meters and 140 meters above the city. A two-story podium links the towers and accommodates retail areas, grand lobbies, and ballroom facilities serving the overall development.

The project was designed to create a vibrant mixed-use destination integrating hospitality, commercial, residential, and leisure functions within a unified waterfront development. Structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering systems were carefully coordinated to support the project’s complex architectural form, operational efficiency, and long-term performance while reinforcing its identity as a prominent regional landmark.
