Deira Mall is a new shopping and lifestyle mall being built by Nakheel on the Deira Islands in Dubai, UAE. The mall will be the biggest mall in the Middle East upon completion.
The mall is being constructed on 10.3 million square feet (MMSF) of land, out of which 4.5 MMSF will be leasable for approximately 1,000 shops, restaurants and entertainment outlets.
The Deira Mall is being developed at the center of the Deira Island, a group of manmade islands currently under development as part of the Deira Boulevard project.
The island will consist of various shopping and lifestyle malls, night markets, hotels and resorts, and residential complexes providing accommodation for more than 250,000 people. It will feature an Amphitheatre with a seating capacity of 300,000, marine facilities for big yachts and other lifestyle amenities.
