Deerfields Town Square is a high-quality themed shopping mall located in the Al Bahia district of Abu Dhabi, developed as a major retail and community destination serving the surrounding residential and commercial areas. The 95,000 m² development demonstrates advanced design and engineering capabilities through the incorporation of expansive retail spaces, dramatic floor-to-ceiling heights, a large internal atrium, and clerestory glazing that introduces natural daylight into the central retail areas.

The project required specialized engineering solutions to accommodate the open-span retail environment while maintaining operational efficiency and visitor comfort. The integrated planning approach combines contemporary retail design, functional public spaces, and coordinated building systems to create a modern shopping and lifestyle destination within Abu Dhabi.
