This 1.1 million sq. ft. project consists of a 1,500-bed mental health treatment facility and support buildings including central plant, maintenance, sewage and wastewater treatment facilities and water storage tanks. Also included are a major administration building, visitor’s center and a PBX building. The project site is 115 acres.
