Capital Gate, developed as Phase 3 of the ADNEC masterplan, is an iconic landmark located within Abu Dhabi’s premier exhibition and business district. Rising more than 160 meters over 35 stories, the tower accommodates over 16,000 m² of premium office space together with Abu Dhabi’s first Hyatt hotel, Hyatt Capital Gate, occupying more than 25,000 m².

Widely recognized as the “Leaning Tower of Abu Dhabi,” the building is distinguished by its dramatic 18-degree incline, making it one of the world’s most remarkable structural engineering achievements. Its sculptural steel and glass façade creates a striking presence on the Abu Dhabi skyline while reflecting the innovation and ambition of the capital’s modern development.

The project required highly advanced structural and engineering solutions to accommodate the tower’s extreme geometry while ensuring stability, efficiency, and functionality. Capital Gate remains one of the region’s most recognizable architectural and engineering landmarks.
