The 65,000 m² hotel was delivered under an accelerated program from concept design through construction, commissioning, and handover. TJEG provided Structural, Civil, and MEP Engineering services, together with comprehensive site supervision across all disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery and coordination.

Featuring a contemporary urban-inspired design, the 16-story hotel includes 408 guestrooms and is strategically positioned above the concourse with direct connectivity to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), a key component of the Capital Centre mixed-use development. The development was designed to support the growing hospitality and business demands associated with Abu Dhabi’s premier exhibition and events destination.

Designed to accommodate both business and leisure travelers, the hotel features loft-style guestrooms with high ceilings, oversized windows, spacious modern bathrooms, and integrated high-tech office and entertainment amenities. The project combines modern hospitality standards with efficient engineering solutions to create a vibrant and highly functional guest experience.
