Phase 2 of the Al Awir Used Car Complex was developed as an eight-pavilion showroom facility designed to consolidate independent automotive dealerships into a centralized and fully leasable commercial destination for the Municipality of Dubai.

The development accommodates more than 100 car dealers within a coordinated business environment that enhances accessibility, operational efficiency, and customer convenience. In addition to showroom facilities, the complex integrates supporting services including a car registration department, insurance providers, and a branch of the Middle East Bank, creating a comprehensive one-stop automotive marketplace.

The project was designed to streamline vehicle sales and related services within a modern commercial environment while supporting the growing automotive retail sector in Dubai. The integrated planning approach combines functional circulation, flexible showroom layouts, and coordinated infrastructure systems to create an efficient and customer-oriented automotive trading destination.
