The hotel is organized around three accommodation wings arranged around a striking jewel-shaped glazed atrium that serves as the central social and visual focus of the development. This dramatic full-height space extends from the main reception lobby to a feature rooftop pool that cantilevers into the atrium void from the eighth-floor sun deck. Glass bridges and panoramic scenic lifts traverse the atrium at multiple levels, enhancing the dynamic spatial experience.

The ground and mezzanine levels are dedicated to public amenities, including boutique retail outlets, premium meeting and function facilities, and a selection of high-end restaurants and bars.

The architectural design combines modern aesthetics with warm and inviting materials, incorporating operable façades, ceramic frit glazing, fair-faced concrete, bronze, natural stone, and timber finishes to create a distinctive identity.

Ted Jacob Engineering Group provided Structural, Civil, and MEP engineering design together with post-contract services for the development.
