TJEG was appointed as the Structural and MEP Engineering Design Consultant for this Courtyard by Marriott hotel development located near the King Abdullah Financial Center in Riyadh, one of the city’s premier commercial and business districts.

The hotel occupies a 12,000 m² site with a total built-up area of 27,000 m² and includes guest rooms, suites, business center facilities, swimming pool, gymnasium, and ballroom spaces designed to support both business and hospitality functions. The development was planned to provide a modern guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency and international hospitality standards.

TJEG collaborated closely with the project team throughout the detailed design phase to deliver a contemporary hospitality destination aligned with Marriott brand requirements. The project integrates efficient engineering systems, coordinated building infrastructure, and high-quality architectural features designed to support long-term performance, guest comfort, and premium hospitality operations while contributing to the continued growth of Riyadh’s hospitality and commercial sector.
