Le Méridien Doha is an elegantly proportioned 50-story hospitality tower rising approximately 230 meters above the city skyline and providing 77,500 m² of built-up area on a compact 3,000 m² site. The slender tower combines bold architectural expression with efficient vertical design, creating a distinctive landmark within Doha’s urban landscape.

The development includes 249 hotel guestrooms and suites together with 66 serviced apartments designed to support both luxury hospitality and extended-stay accommodations. Additional facilities include approximately 2,100 m² of retail and food and beverage space, along with 1,300 m² of ballroom, function, and meeting facilities supporting business and social events.

A dedicated Le Méridien spa and health club occupies the 31st through 33rd floors, while a Sky Lounge and outdoor terrace positioned at the top of the tower provide panoramic views across the city skyline. Structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering systems were carefully coordinated to support the tower’s slender form, operational efficiency, and high-end hospitality environment.
